All new clients are required to receive a free in home meet and greet prior to any services provided by Propaws Pet Care. This must be done at least 1 week prior to any service, unless it is an emergency visit.
All payments for services are due at the scheduled first visit time for each trip/service, unless prior arrangements have been made and approved before hand.
A $50 down payment is required for any pet sitting service that falls over a holliday weekend (Christmas, 4th of July, Memorial day, Labor day, Easter and New years).
New clients receive 10% off their first pet sitting service
Two forms of entry are required at time of pick up such as a garage code and key. This is to ensure entry in case of a power outage. If they are presented at the consultation then no additional charge for pick up is required. If pick up is at a different time then a $5 pick up charge applies.
All pet sitting service must be canceled at least 1 week from scheduled service, otherwise 50% of services are due for late cancelations. If you already left for vacation and come back early then full charges are still due since sitters were scheduled for these visits. The down payments for holiday weeks are non-refundable.
